1. Products

WorkflowsKit sells digital products (PDF guides and templates) for freelancers. All products are delivered electronically via download link after payment.

2. Licenses

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own freelance business. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the contents with others. The materials are for personal and internal business use only.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with a product, email hello@workflowskit.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, and materials are the intellectual property of WorkflowsKit and are protected by copyright law. You may use the templates in your own work, but you may not claim authorship of the templates themselves or resell them as your own product.

6. No Warranty

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from using our templates. Your freelance outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

WorkflowsKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
