1. The Products
WorkflowsKit sells digital PDF guides for freelancers, available in the following options:
- Individual guides — $9 each: The Proposal Machine, The Invoice Chaser, The Client Report Kit, The Onboarding Blueprint, The Content Autopilot, The Rate Negotiator, The Scope Shield, The Client Exit Scripts.
- Pick 3 Bundle — $19: Choose any 3 individual guides at checkout.
- Complete Collection — $39: All 8 individual guides.
Each guide contains copy-paste templates, AI prompts, and workflow systems for freelance admin work.
2. Payment
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your card details. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method for the amount shown at checkout.
3. Delivery
Products are digital goods delivered immediately after purchase as PDF file attachments to the email address you provide at checkout, via Resend transactional email.
If you do not receive your PDF within 30 minutes of purchase, check your spam folder, then contact us at hello@workflowskit.com and we will resend it promptly.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital item and that delivery is complete when the email with the PDF attachment is sent to your address.
4. Refund Policy — 30-Day Guarantee
To request a refund, email hello@workflowskit.com within 30 days of your purchase date with the subject "Refund Request". Include your order email address. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method via Stripe.
Refunds are not available after 30 days from the date of purchase. The 30-day guarantee is offered as a goodwill policy in addition to any statutory rights you may have.
EU / UK consumers: You may have a statutory right to cancel a digital product purchase within 14 days. However, by requesting immediate delivery of the digital content (which begins at the time of purchase), you agree that this right is waived once the PDF has been sent. Our 30-day guarantee offers broader protection than the statutory cooling-off period.
5. Licence — Personal Use
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product for your own personal and business purposes. Specifically, you may:
- Use the templates, prompts, and systems in your own freelance work
- Adapt the templates to suit your specific clients and projects
- Store the PDF on your personal devices
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the Product with others
- Include the Product (in whole or part) in another product for sale
- Upload the PDF to any file-sharing or torrent site
- Claim authorship of the Product or pass it off as your own creation
One purchase = one user licence. Teams of 3 or more should contact us for a team licence.
6. Accuracy and results
The templates and prompts in the Products are based on real freelance workflows. Results vary depending on your specific situation, clients, and how you implement the systems. We make no guarantee of specific income or time savings.
The AI prompts are designed to work with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and similar services. We cannot guarantee the output of third-party AI services, which may change their models, pricing, or capabilities over time.
7. Intellectual property
The Products and all content within them (templates, prompts, frameworks, text, and design) are owned by WorkflowsKit and protected by copyright. Your personal-use licence does not transfer any ownership.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or the Product shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new date.
